BRAND REGISTRY AUTHORIZATION
This Brand Authorization Policy (the “Policy”) governs the authorization granted by DISKO, a well-known Chinese yoga brand (hereinafter referred to as “Authorizer”), to HKRJ (hereinafter referred to as “Authorized Party”) for the sale of DISKO yoga apparel. The Authorizer is the sole owner of the DISKO brand, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property rights (collectively referred to as the “DISKO Brand”), which are protected by international trademark laws and intellectual property regulations. By accepting this authorization, the Authorized Party agrees to strictly comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, ensuring the maintenance of DISKO’s brand image, product quality standards, and market reputation.
Authorization Background & Eligibility
DISKO is a renowned yoga brand originating from China, dedicated to the R&D, design, production, and sales of high-quality yoga apparel, adhering to the brand philosophy of combining professional functionality with modern fashion, and has established a good reputation in the global yoga apparel market. HKRJ has been carefully selected by DISKO after a comprehensive review of its business qualifications, sales capabilities, and brand concept alignment. To be eligible for this authorization, HKRJ has confirmed that it holds valid business licenses and relevant qualifications for selling yoga apparel, has no history of illegal operations or intellectual property infringement, and is capable of maintaining DISKO’s brand image and providing high-quality after-sales service.
